This method is suitable for large-area graphics, colour gradients, club logos, sponsor logos, and full artwork designs. The design is printed onto the fabric first, then the fabric is cut and sewn.
Because of this, the front panel, back panel, sleeves, shoulders, side panels, and collar area should be planned in advance.
If the artwork crosses seam areas, alignment also needs to be considered. Colours, lines, logo size, and text placement should all be confirmed at the mockup and sample stages.
Sublimation printing depends heavily on the original artwork file. The clearer the artwork file is, the clearer the final print result will usually be.
Matching With No-Gi Shorts
Many clubs also make no-gi shorts when customizing rash guards.
If the rash guard and shorts use the same colours, lines, logos, and overall style, the full no-gi training set will look more complete.
This is suitable for club uniforms, competition teams, member sales, and private label projects.
During the design stage, it is useful to confirm whether the rash guard and shorts need to be designed as a matching set. This helps avoid separate adjustments to colours and graphic proportions later.
